Carex is partnering with a fast-growing healthtech startup to hire a high-performing, consultative Enterprise Sales Director. This role is built for a strategic sales leader who thrives in digital health and clinical workflow–focused SaaS environments, expertly navigating complex sales cycles across US health systems. Candidates must be based in EST or CST and bring a go-getter, collaborative, and ego-free approach to expanding clinical adoption and enterprise partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—across an assigned US territory.

  • Strategically engage decision-makers such as CMOs and CMIOs to build meaningful, long-term relationships.

  • Design and execute thoughtful account plans that evolve initial pilots into long-term, scalable customer partnerships.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and executive teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey and client handoff.

  • Exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management, sales strategy execution, and collaboration with Client Success for post-sale expansion.

  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback to influence product development and improve customer outcomes.

  • Represent the company at industry events and within key networks to generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility.

  • Maintain rigorous and transparent pipeline reporting and forecasting using Hubspot.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the US healthcare market, preferably in startup environments.

  • At least 3+ years specifically selling into US health systems as an Enterprise AE, with a proven ability to convert competitive accounts.

  • Experience with healthcare SaaS solutions (excluding life sciences, biotech, pharma)

  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and ability to drive deals forward independently.

  • Consultative and collaborative sales style—no ego, not “salesy,” and thrives on building trust.

  • Demonstrated success in building out new territories and generating pipeline from scratch.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility across C-suite and clinical stakeholders.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and agility in a dynamic, growth-stage company environment.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $130,000–$160,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Double base salary, plus equity
