findhelp, the nation’s leading social care network and the organization behind, prides itself on connecting people who are seeking help and the verified social care providers that serve them. Thousands of nonprofits and social care providers serve their communities — but for many people, navigating all of these resources can be difficult and time-consuming. findhelp’s network makes it easy for people to get the food, shelter, health care, employment, and financial assistance they need. 

To power that network, findhelp also needed to expand their hiring network. In the midst of rapid client and partner growth, the organization needed a quick, effective, and affordable way to scale its Implementation and Client Success teams. To effectively support their clients, anyone joining the findhelp team needed to not only be productive but also needed to possess a passion for the company’s mission.

The Solution

A subscription plan and a hiring partner who's an extension of the team

findhelp engaged Carex in 2019, who implemented its subscription-based recruitment platform for the organization. Carex jumped in, quickly getting up to speed with the intricacies of the business and company. Before long, findhelp had a partner who was an extension of their Talent Management team — and a trusted resource for their hiring managers. In addition to the dedicated recruitment support, the organization was able to pull from candidate searches for over 160 other Carex client partners, many of whom were healthcare technology firms with similar candidate pipelines.

On behalf of findhelp, Carex screens potential candidates for both skillset and company culture match and provides all administrative duties from scheduling interviews to conducting reference checks. Scheduled check-ins with findhelp’s hiring managers ensure Carex is in alignment with the organization’s needs and priorities.

The Results

Over 40 top-tier candidates placed in two years

Since their partnership with Carex began in 2019, findhelp has received hundreds of resumes from top-tier candidates and has hired over 40 experienced employees through Carex across numerous functions — Implementation, Customer Success Management, Account Management, Marketing, Community Engagement, and Production Support. The organization continues to rely on Carex as a trusted recruitment partner — and plans to expand their relationship.
