As an Epic Revenue Cycle (Resolute) Senior Project Manager you will lead and manage the maintenance of Epic Resolute within the organization.  You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT professionals, healthcare providers, administrators and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of new efforts as well as the ongoing support of Epic Resolute.  This role will also manage a team of analysts, and technical experts. This role can be fully remote from anywhere in the US and is contract to hire – with an anticipated contract duration through 2024, and conversion to full time employee when the contract is complete.

What You'll Do:

  1. Project Leadership: Lead the Epic Resolute system, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, analysts, and technical experts involved in the Epic Resolute revenue cycle program
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Epic Resolute system, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation related to the Epic Resolute implementation, communicating key milestones and achievements to senior leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Epic certification in Resolute Billing and/or Resolute Hospital Billing required.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing complex healthcare IT projects, with a focus on Epic Resolute revenue cycle programs
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, preferred.
