Carex is partnering with a banking industry partner to find a Facilities Project Manager who will lead the planning and execution of branch remodels and new office builds across Wisconsin. This individual will support brand consistency, sustainable design, and operational functionality by managing multiple construction and renovation projects annually. Working closely with the internal teams and project contractors to create professional, welcoming spaces that reflect a relationship-based service model.
What You’ll Do

Lead the planning and execution of multiple branch remodels and construction initiatives.

Oversee project scoping, budgeting, timeline development, and resource planning across all assigned initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with brand and experience standards.

Incorporate green building features and sustainable practices into construction plans and renovations.

Maintain oversight of vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, performance quality, and adherence to safety regulations.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and enforce quality control measures.

Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and deliver cost-effective outcomes.

Ensure all projects enhance the customer experience and support a safe, efficient work environment for staff.

Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership.

Address delays, obstacles, or risks proactively to maintain schedule integrity and successful project delivery.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in construction project management, including oversight of vendors, contractors, budgets, and timelines.

Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, safety regulations, and design implementation.

Experience in managing high-end office or commercial space projects preferred.

Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Interest in sustainable design and green building practices.
- Based in Northeast Wisconsin with the ability to travel to various project sites across the state.
