Summary
Carex is partnering with a Health Insurance industry partner to find an Access Identity Administrator who will play a key role in safeguarding enterprise systems and data. This role supports security initiatives through diligent management of user access, seamless provisioning and de-provisioning, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to grow within the Information Security space while contributing to a collaborative, process-improvement-driven team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage user identities and access controls, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access policy enforcement.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot identity and access management systems such as Azure AD and Active Directory.

  • Resolve access-related service tickets in alignment with defined SLAs.

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, access changes, privileged access, and access remediation workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and end users to troubleshoot and resolve user access issues.

  • Assist with complex access requests and support internal and external audit activities.

  • Maintain user access groups and coordinate with affiliates to ensure effective security control enforcement.

  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT security policies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in user provisioning and de-provisioning.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.

  • Familiarity with access management tools and concepts, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ServiceNow.

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Flexibility to work additional hours based on workload requirements.
