Implementation Specialist

Our healthtech partner in IL is seeking a remote, contract Sr. Implementation Specialist (RCM) who would be responsible for effectively working with key stakeholders within the company and customers while adapting quickly to change business priorities.  The Sr. Implementation Specialist (RCM) is responsible for managing, tracking and supporting a variety of projects simultaneously throughout all project phases of RCM implementations while guiding the team and being the system expert involved in outside projects. They work in conjunction with the Implementation Manager as well as independently as the key stakeholder responsible for navigating our client’s through a successful implementation process.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in company wide initiatives as part of the team providing direction as it relates to Implementation and software set-up

  • Manage and field outside questions from key stakeholders within the company as it relates to RCM onboarding, process changes, and operations

  • Evaluate process, make process improvements, and update process changes in CRM and Project Playbook as they relate to the RCM Implementation Specialist role

  • Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases

  • Identify risk and actively pursue effective risk management strategies for our RCM clients

  • Actively manage project resources in terms of project deliverables and timeframes

  • Attend, participate in and facilitate project meetings – independently or in conjunction with Implementation Manager

  • Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases

  • Document workflows and processes and update project status within Salesforce

  • Setup and coordinate activities relating to the implementation and training of the Practice Management software and RCM Services engagement along with Post go-live support and monitoring

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders during the onboarding process as it relates to RCM Operations

  • Collaborate with RCM Operations and Client Success Mangers throughout process to ensure alignment with client expectation and account management

  • Implement Practice Management software, Zirmed toolset and RCM Services workflows.

  • Validate that standard best-practice system and workflow standards are implemented and visits are processing through the system

  • Process Expert on Revenue Cycle workflows

  • Assist Training with content development and delivery/Identifying, documenting and communicating best practices

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Travel: 

  • Able to travel up to 10%

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of five years related experience with EMR implementation, clinic management or related fields 

  • Proficient in Windows based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working in Healthcare or Software Development

  • Medical billing knowledge is a bonus   

  • Salesforce experience
