Recruitment Marketing Consultant

Our partner is looking for a remote Recruitment Marketing Consultant to help us take the newly developed employer brand to the next level. This person will be responsible for the development of integrated recruitment marketing & media strategies to attract top diverse talent to the company. This person will bring innovative ideas to activate jobs and employer brand across key talent segments. They will work closely with many internal and external partners to bring it all to life, which is why they need someone that possesses strong relationship management and exceptional project management skills to lead the charge. If you are an ambitious and energetic recruitment marketer that is up for the challenge, we are interested in connecting with you!

What You'll Do:

  • Build, execute and support fully integrated marketing campaigns using proven recruitment marketing tactics and strategies
  • Manage recruitment marketing and paid media initiatives throughout various candidate touchpoints
  • Understand varying business (hiring) challenges and develop media plans to support (in the form of targeted marketing / paid media plans, programmatic job advertising strategy enhancements)
  • Collaborate with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruiting team to ensure alignment with talent brand and to provide paid media strategies to promote various DE&I hiring events
  • Understand unique nuances of our Agency Owner and Agency Staff roles, to effectively support our Agency / Sales Recruiting teams with paid media strategies and customized content & storytelling (employer branding) campaigns
  • Partner with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to deliver highly targeted engagement campaigns to drive interest in, and applications to open corporate roles
  • Build visual story-telling presentations that articulate KPIs and success metrics relevant to various internal clients (recruiting and talent acquisition leadership)
  • Provide meticulous vendor and project management in partnership with our recruitment marketing agency partner
  • Partner with our Talent Brand & Recruitment Marketing lead to develop / curate content, develop marketing collateral & creative asset libraries using Canva
  • Manage content & branding on various review sites / community channels (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn)
What You'll Bring:
  • 2-4+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing or digital marketing (preferably in a position where partnered with talent acquisition)
  • You’re familiar with the talent acquisition / recruiting space (workforce planning, talent market & job seeker trends)
  • You’re a dynamic relationship manager who has managed both internal clients and external media / vendor partners
  • You understand Employer Brand activation strategies such as content development & storytelling (and finding), employee ambassador programs, video, etc.
  • You are familiar with and have experience executing Digital Marketing / Media strategies (social, SEO & SEM, Google Ads, geo-fending, etc.)
  • You are familiar with the recruitment marketing channel mix including emerging media and technologies (including programmatic job advertising and job aggregation), with experience running paid media campaigns
  • You have experience building (and sharing) presentations that visually articulate key metrics, progress, and optimization opportunities
  • You understand the importance of using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • You have experience distilling concepts and presenting them to new audiences in a way that drives adoption and execution
  • You have experience working in partnership with, or for, a recruitment marketing / media agency
  • Strong organizational, presentation and project management skills
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bonus points if you have worked in Beamery (or similar CRM) to create, edit, and manage content for external consumption
