Sr Talent Development Consultant (Remote)

Our partner is hiring a Talent Development Consultant.  In this role, you’ll be help design specific learning paths for leaders (three total leadership journeys).  You will help draft the capabilities/outcomes by curating content/courses to meet the expected outcomes.  Target audiences include: new leaders (new hires and/or newly promoted); core leadership, and executive leadership.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Consults with managers, subject-matter-experts, and other human resource staff to assess and identify individual, group and/or team performance gaps and development needs.
  • Selects, customizes and delivers training solutions to close performance gaps and address development needs, including programs related to leadership and supervisory skills, team development, competencies, customer relations skills, diversity, interviewing skills, and other non-technical areas.
  • Creates course content using a variety of learning modalities for on-line and classroom training.
  • Designs and/or leads corporate-wide training and development programs.

 

What you’ll bring:           

  • Applicable experience and expertise designing learning journeys and curating content
  • A strong understanding of adult learning
  • Learning and development experience
  • 8+ years of experience in training, employee development, instructional design, organization design and/or performance improvement consulting
