Support Desk Technologist -- Desktop Support

Our partner in Madison, WI is a national leader in the insurance industry, and is seeking a Level 2 Support Desk associate to join their team for a 6 month contract.  This is a fully-remote position.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems
  • Provide technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.
  • Assist with level 2 troubleshooting activities/incident resolution. This typically involves PC issues and software issues (installation assistance, troubleshooting user concerns)

What you’ll bring:

  • Desktop support and troubleshooting experience in a Windows environment
  • Experience with physical and virtual desktops
  • Basic networking and Office365 knowledge (no admin experience needed).
  • Understanding of SCCM software deployment is a plus
