Carex Appoints Theresa Balsiger as President

Balsiger has been part of Carex since its earliest days and has played a pivotal role in building the company into what it is today. Over the past decade, she has helped shape Carex's operations, technology, employee experience, and organizational culture while partnering closely with clients and employees across every stage of the company's growth.

As President, Balsiger will oversee the company's operational strategy, organizational development, technology, and internal infrastructure, ensuring Carex continues to scale while maintaining the culture and service model that have defined the company since its founding.

Balsiger's promotion also reflects the continued evolution of Carex's founding leadership team. As founders Rachel and Bill Neill transition more of their focus toward long-term strategy and advisory leadership, they will remain actively involved in supporting the business while empowering the next generation of executive leadership.
