About Carex

When we founded Carex, we had a vision — to completely reinvent the staffing process. At best, staffing can be inefficient and impersonal, and at its worst…well, we’d prefer not to dwell on that. So, we’ve opted for something completely different: building lasting, transparent relationships with both partners and candidates. After all, if we don’t get to know you, we can’t really help you find what you’re looking for.


We know staffing because we’ve lived it.

Before we started Carex, we sat on every side of the table — operating as vendors, clients, and consultants. Our past experience has everything to do with the way we do business today. No two candidates — or partner organizations — are the same, so you’re not going to find any cookie-cutters here.

What you will find? A group of hiring experts, who go above and beyond to understand the people, skills, and personalities needed for a specific project, role, or fit within a company.

Be Real

Transparency is the name of the game at Carex. If you’re a candidate, that means you know what we know. Those recruiters who submit your resume to a company and you never hear from them again? Yeah, that’s not us. We do the same for partners — keeping you in the know about our candidate pipeline and being candid about what we’re seeing in the market.

Have Fun

We spend a LOT of our time working. If you can’t have fun, what’s the point? We take a lot of pride in helping people build their careers — and helping companies build talented teams — so we always take the time to celebrate wins together as a team. (We just might have a wheel that we spin for prizes at the office.)
