This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation, adoption, and operational handoff, with full ownership of project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and delivery execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, financial discipline, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. This individual will be accountable for project scope, schedules, budgets, resource coordination, risk management, and client communications, ensuring projects meet approved financial and operational commitments. This is a remote, 6 month contract with possibility of extension or hire.

-
Own and manage project budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle, including budget planning, financial forecasting, expense tracking, variance analysis, and cost controls.
-
Maintain direct accountability for delivering projects within approved budgets, proactively identifying financial risks, addressing cost overruns, and implementing corrective actions.
-
Develop and maintain accurate project financial forecasts, incorporating resource utilization, staffing requirements, project timelines, and anticipated expenses.

-
Manage formal change-control processes, documenting and communicating impacts to project budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations.
-
Support statements of work (SOWs) by contributing delivery estimates, staffing assumptions, budget inputs, and resource requirements.
-
Escalate material changes to financial commitments, commercial terms, project scope, or strategic direction for appropriate approval.
