With these roles, Carex is your second set of eyes—helping partners vet potential candidates at the same time we’re helping candidates through the interview process. When a candidate lands a role, they’re employed by the company directly.

Contract Roles

We use a clear 2/3 pay rate – 1/3 bill rate split—no hidden markups or surprises. All consultants are W2 employees of Carex, with access to benefits that support retention and long-term success.

Subscription Partnership
