Our partner, a Healthcare Industry partner, is hiring a HR Data Cleanup Specialist. This role will involve reviewing more than 4,000 documents from various sources and locations, extracting and synthesizing relevant information, and accurately documenting findings in spreadsheets used for HRIS updates. The contractor will play an important role in ensuring information is complete and accurate while identifying items that require additional follow-up. The project is expected to include weekly data uploads and may continue through year-end.

Contract Duration: Through the end of 2026
Location: Remote
Compensation: $30-32/hr

What You'll Do

  • Search multiple locations and sources to locate specific documents and required information.
  • Review and analyze a high volume of documents as part of a comprehensive data cleanup effort.
  • Extract relevant information from documents and accurately enter it into designated spreadsheets.
  • Synthesize information across documents to identify discrepancies, missing information, and items requiring follow-up.
  • Prepare spreadsheet data for weekly uploads into the HRIS.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure information is complete, consistent, and accurate before submission.
  • Track progress and outstanding items throughout the project.
  • Organize and manage a large volume of documents and data efficiently.
  • Follow established processes and maintain accuracy while working independently against project timelines.
  • Handle sensitive employee and HR-related information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet recurring deadlines.
  • Comfort navigating multiple systems, files, and information sources.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, HR data, document management, or data cleanup projects is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
