Carex is partnering with a Healthcare industry partner to hire an M&A Coordinator. This contract role will support the People team through merger and acquisition activities by managing employee offer letter administration, maintaining tracking tools, coordinating documentation, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with DocuSign and Smartsheet a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and send employee offer letters using DocuSign.
  • Maintain and update the offer letter tracker in Smartsheet.
  • Monitor the offer letter change request process and make updates to offers as needed.
  • Provide clerical support for M&A integration activities, including uploading employee files into Workday.
  • Coordinate ad hoc meetings and administrative tasks in support of the People team.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and completed within required timelines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support a smooth employee onboarding and integration experience during acquisitions.
  • Assist with additional M&A-related administrative projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience using DocuSign and Smartsheet is required.
  • Previous administrative or coordinator experience supporting HR, People Operations, Talent, or M&A initiatives.
  • Experience working with Workday is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
