Carex is partnering with a boutique healthcare consulting partner to identify an experienced Principal Consultant who will lead complex healthcare consulting engagements, advise executive leadership, and drive strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of healthcare strategy, technology, and operations, helping organizations improve access, patient and member experiences, operational performance, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, trusted executive advisor, and accountable engagement leader who can translate complex business challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. This individual will independently own client engagements from discovery through strategic recommendations and delivery oversight, collaborating with project managers, technical specialists, and executive stakeholders to ensure meaningful results.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, build strong executive relationships, and balance strategic vision with real-world organizational constraints. This is a hands-on consulting leadership role focused on engagement ownership, solution strategy, and measurable business impact rather than technical implementation.
