Carex is partnering with a healthcare consulting partner to identify a contract-to-hire Senior Consultant who brings a strong blend of healthcare business analysis expertise, strategic problem-solving skills, and client-facing consulting experience. This individual will work closely with healthcare stakeholders to analyze workflows, gather and translate requirements, support solution implementation, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive operational performance, patient experience, and organizational outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience working with Salesforce CRM in a healthcare environment and excels at connecting detailed project execution to broader business objectives.

What You'll Do
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions.
- Analyze and map current-state and future-state workflows across clinical, operational, patient experience, and technology functions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and other project documentation.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, operational leaders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Support solution design, implementation, and adoption by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes.
- Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Break down complex healthcare, marketing, operational, and data-related challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Develop insights and recommendations that align project work with strategic business initiatives and organizational goals.
- Contribute to project roadmaps, solution approaches, and implementation strategies.
- Make data-driven recommendations based on client objectives, available resources, and budget considerations.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Lead productive working sessions that align business, operational, and technical perspectives.
- Communicate project progress, key findings, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
- Develop presentation materials, documentation, and decision-support resources for leadership audiences.
What You'll Bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Healthcare Consultant, Senior Consultant, or similar client-facing role.
- Experience working within healthcare systems, health providers, digital health organizations, or healthcare technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM in a healthcare setting is required.
- Experience supporting CRM platforms, call center operations, patient engagement solutions, or customer experience initiatives.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow mapping, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and develop practical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
- Experience delivering client-facing projects and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystems and systems integration concepts.
- Preferred experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
- Preferred experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
- Experience supporting process improvement, operational transformation, or technology implementation initiatives.
