When we founded Carex, we had a vision — to completely reinvent the staffing process. At best, staffing can be inefficient and impersonal, and at its worst…well, we’d prefer not to dwell on that. So, we’ve opted for something completely different: building lasting, transparent relationships with both partners and candidates. After all, if we don’t get to know you, we can’t really help you find what you’re looking for.
Before we started Carex, we sat on every side of the table — operating as vendors, clients, and consultants. Our past experience has everything to do with the way we do business today. No two candidates — or partner organizations — are the same, so you’re not going to find any cookie-cutters here.

Carex has been much more personable insofar as getting to know me, compared to other staffing firms that feel very corporate and very numbers-oriented.
