Carex is partnering with a Financial Services industry partner to hire a skilled Executive Communications & Presentation Design Specialist for a full-time contract role. This individual will provide high-level communication support and design visually engaging presentations for senior leadership in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. Working directly with a team of five senior leaders, the specialist will play a vital role in supporting strategic alignment, organizational change initiatives, and executive messaging.
What You’ll Do

Craft and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations based on meeting notes, draft content, and evolving strategic goals.

Design visuals directly within PowerPoint, including icons, layouts, and simple infographics to support narrative clarity and audience engagement.

Participate in live meetings and working sessions with senior leaders to understand context, ask clarifying questions, and shape communication deliverables.

Develop change communications that effectively explain updates to processes, governance models, strategic plans, and organizational frameworks.

Manage multiple presentation workstreams simultaneously while iterating quickly based on feedback.

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all deliverables in alignment with team standards.
What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience designing presentations for executive and senior leadership audiences.

Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including use of slide masters, templates, layouts, and advanced formatting techniques.

Strong ability to synthesize complex information and build structured, compelling visual narratives.

Excellent communication and listening skills to translate meeting insights into impactful presentation content.

High level of organization and responsiveness in managing a fast-paced workload with evolving priorities.

Business acumen and adaptability to tailor messages effectively for various internal stakeholder groups.
This is a full-time, remote contract opportunity (40 hours per week), ideally suited for U.S.-based candidates due to time zone alignment. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Planning and will require active collaboration with five senior leaders. Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook are the primary tools used.
