Carex is partnering with a high growth healthtech startup partner to hire an Implementation Manager to ensure the successful deployment and implementation of products and services with enterprise partners. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for valued partners and lead seamless project execution, exceeding expectations at every stage. The ideal candidate is a former Epic employee and thrives in a startup environment.
What You’ll Do

Lead customer implementations, acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners during initial deployments.

Drive partner confidence and trust while ensuring on-time implementations, high satisfaction, and successful transitions from pilot to full enterprise partnerships.

Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans in collaboration with cross-functional internal and external teams.

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.

Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans proactively.

Set a high standard for communication, ensuring transparent, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners, tracking issues, triaging challenges, and driving daily testing progress.

Collaborate with support and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Participate in building scalable, repeatable processes to support an expanding number of concurrent implementations.

Proven track record of leading successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.

3+ years of project management experience, specifically focused on software deployment and B2B implementations.

Experience implementing electronic health record systems and leading through build and testing phases (Epic experience is a strong plus).
Ideally, You Have

Familiarity with environments requiring strict privacy and security protocols.

Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation processes.
This role requires up to 20% travel.
The position must be based in San Francisco.
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. If the range doesn’t align with your needs, please still apply!
