Carex is partnering with a well respected health system partner to hire an Epic Dorothy Analyst to support clinical and billing workflows for home care and hospice services. This role will focus on Epic Dorothy and Resolute Billing modules, ensuring well-designed, compliant workflows that enhance operational efficiency and patient care. The analyst will work closely with operational stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to deliver optimized system functionality. This person must live in WI or MN and ability to travel up to 20%.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, test, and implement Epic Dorothy and related billing applications.

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to develop and improve workflows.

  • Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards.

  • Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications and workflows.

  • Support issue resolution and ongoing system optimization.

  • Leverage data tools for configuration and analysis.

  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.

  • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

  • Epic Dorothy Clinical Certification (Required)

  • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or with an EHR vendor, including supporting EHR and integrated workflows

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with application build tools and data manipulation

  • Effective verbal and written communication with clinical and technical audiences

  • Ability to evaluate and enhance business/system functionality

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and understanding of software development cycles

  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving needs

Compensation

$97,000–$112,000 annually
