Carex is partnering with a Healthcare/Insurance industry industry partner to find a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Intersystems, healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and configuration, testing, and validation of systems including the Epic Payer Platform (EPP). The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of system set-up, data workflows, and quality assurance within complex environments.
What You’ll Do

Manage the set-up and configuration of systems, ensuring alignment with project and operational goals

Define testing procedures and coordinate their execution

Develop comprehensive test cases supporting the overall quality assurance process

Conduct data validation and maintain documentation for all related processes

Train internal teams and stakeholders as needed

Utilize and maintain expertise with HL7, FHIR, and the Epic Payer Platform (EPP)

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address system and data challenges

Communicate effectively through high-level written and verbal channels

Meet project deadlines while working under pressure in dynamic environments
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience beyond degree

Demonstrated experience with Intersystems and healthcare data standards including HL7 and FHIR

Proven capability in system configuration, testing, and validation

Experience with Epic Payer Platform (EPP)

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills
