This role is essential to creating high-impact, user-centered documentation and training resources that drive adoption, reduce support needs, and ensure a seamless end-user experience. A strong background in healthcare SaaS, technical writing, and end-user enablement is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end documentation lifecycle—scoping, writing, reviewing, and publishing—while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and alignment with product timelines

  • Develop accessible, actionable content including user guides, in-app help, release notes, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and quick-start guides

  • Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure content reflects evolving features and workflows

  • Build deep domain knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare user needs to deliver relevant, high-value content

  • Ensure all documentation follows company style guides and healthcare compliance standards

  • Measure the effectiveness of documentation through usage and feedback, continuously improving structure and delivery

  • Support and, when needed, deliver end-user training sessions to drive successful onboarding and adoption

  • Create visuals and process flows to support complex product interactions using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help shape long-term documentation processes and infrastructure

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience writing customer-facing documentation for SaaS, enterprise, or healthcare platforms

  • Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality content for new products or major feature releases

  • Strong experience with documentation platforms like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar tools

  • Deep understanding of healthcare terminology, data types (e.g., NPI, taxonomy, credentialing), and regulatory basics such as HIPAA

  • Demonstrated empathy for end users and ability to tailor content to technical and non-technical audiences in the healthcare space

  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile development environment

  • Visual communication skills for illustrating workflows and UI using Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma

  • Preferred: Experience delivering or supporting end-user training, internally or externally

  • Preferred: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with distributed stakeholders
