Carex is partnering with a manufacturing industry partner to find a highly experienced Coupa Source to Pay Technology Lead for a 3 month contract-to-hire position to support a complex digital transformation initiative. This role focuses on the design, configuration, and implementation of Coupa solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA to enhance Procurement and Source to Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in Coupa configuration, global implementation experience, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment of Coupa Source to Pay solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and other surrounding systems.

Define and deliver intelligent automation opportunities within Procurement and Materials Management functions.

Manage the configuration and deployment of Coupa modules, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain processes.

Perform global Coupa configurations including Approval Workflows, PO Forms, Chart of Accounts, Catalog Management, Supplier and User Setup, and Security Permissions.

Lead data loading and mapping activities for master and transactional data between Coupa and SAP systems.

Produce functional specifications for WRICEF objects and support development and testing activities.

Prepare and execute testing plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Serve as a strategic advisor to business and IT stakeholders, aligning solutions with business goals.

Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, including external vendors and consultants, to ensure delivery excellence.

Provide input to enterprise architecture and lead outcome-oriented strategy execution.
What You’ll Bring
-
8–10 years of IT experience, preferably within end-user organizations, consulting firms, or systems integrators.

At least 5 years of enterprise-level experience in Procurement transformation projects.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on configuration experience with Coupa and SAP S/4HANA within Source to Pay processes.

Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle global SAP implementations with a focus on Coupa integration.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chartered Accountancy; MBA or postgraduate diploma with a Finance/IT specialization preferred.

Strong knowledge of Coupa configuration for Sourcing, Contracting, Invoicing, Master Data, and Catalog Management.

Experience in WRICEF documentation and functional design for enhancements.

Solid understanding of cross-functional IT capabilities such as Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, or Finance.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse, cross-cultural teams.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment.

Preferred: SAP functional module certification(s).
