Carex is partnering with a rapidly growing Epic Consulting staff aug company to identify an experienced EHR Recruiter for a 6-month contract engagement with the potential to transition into a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting efforts supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) and healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare IT recruiting experience, a consultative approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay rate: $55+/hr
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Remote
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for EHR, healthcare IT, and related technical and operational roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and candidate requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top EHR and healthcare technology talent
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and organizational fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support recruiting initiatives related to EHR implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and support functions
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on EHR roles
- Experience recruiting for positions related to Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or other EHR platforms
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology environments and recruiting best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in contract staffing or consulting environments is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
