How we place talent

Companies have different hiring needs depending on their size, business model, and whether or not they’re just getting started or have been established for years. We offer a variety of options based on what both candidates and partners are looking for:

Contract Roles

Contractors work for one of our partners as a Carex employee for a set timeframe, usually for shorter initiatives or to augment a company’s current staff.

Contract-to-Hire Roles

A hybrid of a contract and direct hire roles, these roles are a way for both candidates and partners to see if a role is a good fit before being directly hired by the company.

Direct Hire Roles

With these roles, Carex is the connective tissue—helping partners vet potential candidates at the same time we’re helping candidates through the interview process. When a candidate lands a role, they’re employed by the company directly.

Subscription Recruiting Partnership
