Carex is partnering with a financial and tax advisory partner to find a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join their dedicated and dynamic team.

Summary

The Accounting Manager will play a central role in leading complex audit engagements and driving value-added financial improvements for clients, including multinational companies. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on mergers, acquisitions, and operational optimization. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and actively participate in the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit engagements.

  • Prepare accurate and timely company tax returns.

  • Collaborate with audit partners to deliver value-add audit processes that enhance client accounting and operations.

  • Conduct special projects, including operational system reviews and cost analysis to drive client improvements.

  • Oversee and execute due diligence reviews related to acquisitions.

  • Guide the preparation of confidential information memoranda and manage data room content for company sale transactions.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • CPA license preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years in tax, auditing, and financial management roles.

  • Strong organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Technical expertise in audits and reviews.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $90,000–$130,000
