Carex is partnering with a financial and tax advisory partner to find a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join their dedicated and dynamic team.
Summary
The Accounting Manager will play a central role in leading complex audit engagements and driving value-added financial improvements for clients, including multinational companies. What You’ll Do

Lead and actively participate in the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit engagements.

Prepare accurate and timely company tax returns.

Collaborate with audit partners to deliver value-add audit processes that enhance client accounting and operations.

Conduct special projects, including operational system reviews and cost analysis to drive client improvements.

Oversee and execute due diligence reviews related to acquisitions.

Guide the preparation of confidential information memoranda and manage data room content for company sale transactions.

Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

CPA license preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in tax, auditing, and financial management roles.

Strong organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Technical expertise in audits and reviews.

Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
Compensation

Salary range: $90,000–$130,000
