Summary
Carex is supporting a project in the B2B sales support space that requires several skilled Business Analysts to help dive into legacy systems, document current functionality, and define business requirements for future capabilities. These roles will partner closely with both technical and business stakeholders to navigate complex processes and systems. The ideal candidates will bring strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills to ensure requirements are clearly captured and translated into actionable outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze legacy systems in the B2B sales support space.

Document current-state functionality, processes, and system interactions in detail.

Generate and refine business requirements to support future capability needs.

Create high-quality documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and technical requirements.

Work collaboratively across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

Support project delivery from kick-off through end of year, with potential for limited extension into January.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with both technical and business partners.

Strong ability to navigate complex systems and processes, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.

Proficiency in creating detailed documentation such as process flows, business requirements, and technical specifications.

Flexibility to work in Madison, WI a couple of days per week preferred, though strong remote candidates will also be considered.
