We are partnering with a rapidly growing start-up as they scale!  This position will help drive growth of a generative AI-native health company working toward a paradigm shift in hyper-personalized care. Their platform helps physicians pioneer a new era of whole-person care through generative and predictive AI-powered copilots. An SAIGroup company, they leverage assets including the advanced Eureka AI platform and longitudinal data related to 300 million patients more than 4.4 billion total annual claims and more than 1.8 million healthcare professionals at more than 300 thousand facilities.  

This is a contract-to-hire role, fully remote with some travel 1x/month.

We are seeking an experienced clinical informaticist to contribute to product development workflow design and serve as a provider end-user liaison. The physician will collaborate with team members to demonstrate educate and implement RhythmX AI for primary care providers. This role will report to the Clinical Executive.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in the development and strategic plan for clinical informatics including a focus on primary care model and prompt design that aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Partner with implementation manager to develop training materials facilitate end user training and provide go-live support
  • Hands on collaboration and direct responsibility for clinical informatics build. Full clinical informatics build workflow design and solutions support.
  • Subject matter expert with Epic EHR and US Primary Care with expertise in health information systems Medicare Advantage patient care and overall provider workflow design build and support.
  • Develop our health care data model alongside our data science team with expert primary care knowledge and practical ambulatory care efficiencies.

What You'll Bring:

    • Previous clinical experience post residency: prefer minimum of 7-10 years as Primary Care Physician [or experienced NP]
    • Direct experience with and expert level of understanding of Epic EHR physician [clinician] building and support of primary care providers using Epic
    • Direct experience with implementation support and optimization of Epic Ambulatory with large healthcare/hospital organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships in a professional setting very organized strong analytical skills and advanced computer software skills (fluent in Microsoft Office Suite/ 365).
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations standards and best practices. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate medical and bioinformatics knowledge into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Subject Matter Expert in EHR associated programs (Promoting Interoperability Information Blocking Medicare Advantage Guidelines TEFCA   etc.)
  • Understanding of data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python).
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
  • Knowledge of best practices in health care among predictive modeling ML/AI data mining.
  • Certified Epic Physician builder
