Carex is partnering with a behavioral healthcare industry partner to identify a high-impact Corporate Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced hiring environments while maintaining exceptional candidate quality and stakeholder partnership. This role will manage recruiting for everything from entry level to executive roles! The ideal individual is highly organized, proactive with sourcing strategies, and skilled at building strong partnerships with hiring leaders while keeping recruitment pipelines moving efficiently.
Duration: 3-6 months+
Pay rate: $55-60/hr

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment cycles, working directly with hiring managers
- Drive strong sourcing strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines in competitive hiring environments
- Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and hiring workflows
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, urgency, and hiring priorities
- Provide consistent communication and transparency to leaders regarding pipeline health, hiring timelines, and recruiting progress
- Maintain a high standard for candidate quality while managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Run efficient intake meetings and establish clear hiring plans for each requisition
- Support occasional one-off searches, including professional and leadership-level roles as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain strong organization and ownership of recruiting activity, reporting, and pipeline management
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter working on a variety of positions, 15-20 reqs at a time
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive efficient hiring outcomes
- Strong proficiency with Workday recruiting workflows and applicant tracking systems
- Track record of building strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Ability to balance high requisition loads while maintaining organization and communication
- Experience filling occasional professional or leadership roles in addition to volume hiring
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills and the ability to keep leaders informed and aligned throughout the hiring process
- Strong time management and desk organization to manage multiple concurrent searches
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
