Carex is working with our Partner, in the life sciences industry, to hire a Coupa Application/Integration Analyst to work on business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Coupa Application/Integration Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.  The Coupa Application/Integration Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build, and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. This is a contract to hire position and would ideally be onsite in Madison, WI.

What you’ll do
This position will support the Coupa technology platform and integrations to other systems, such as SAP S/4HANA.  The Coupa Integration Analyst will follow and share best practices with regards to integrating Coupa with SAP and other applications.  They will be expected to collaborate with other application, product, and architecture teams to develop and finalize integration approaches, architecture, technical specifications and design.  They will develop and maintain all integration design documentation related to the Coupa system.  This position will have experience working with event-based integrations and platforms (i. Apache Kafka) and an understanding of SAP technical architecture and capabilities.  They will build, maintain, and monitor the Coupa-side of the integrations, perform integration updates, perform unit & integration testing, assist in security administration and other functions.

What you’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices.
  • Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry.
  • Experience with full cycle implementation of Coupa with SAP S/4 HANA integrations
  • Experience working with the following Coupa modules: P2P, Coupa Pay, Sourcing, CLMA, Risk & Performance Management, Contingent Workforce, Spend Guard, Analytics and the Open Business Network
  • Experience working with event-based integrations and platforms (i. Apache Kafka)
