Carex is partnering with a well respected health system partner to hire an Epic Beacon Analyst to support clinical workflows through the Epic Beacon module. This role will focus on designing, building, testing, and implementing oncology-related application functionality in collaboration with operational leaders, clinical users, and IT teams to ensure compliance, workflow accuracy, and optimal patient care outcomes. This person must live in WI or MN and ability to travel up to 20%.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the subject matter expert for the Epic Beacon module supporting oncology workflows.

Design, configure, and maintain application functionality to align with clinical needs and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery processes.

Develop and execute testing plans to validate system enhancements and changes.

Identify workflow improvement opportunities and translate clinical requirements into system specifications.

Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Participate in the ongoing support and maintenance of the application including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.

Assist with project timelines, documentation, and deployment strategies.
What You’ll Bring

Epic Beacon Certification (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of experience in a healthcare or EHR vendor setting with direct involvement in clinical system support

Experience with application build tools and data configuration

Strong verbal and written communication skills across both technical and clinical teams

Ability to assess system functionality against clinical and operational needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and understanding of the software development life cycle

Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving ability

Aptitude for learning new applications and adapting to evolving technology
Compensation
$97,000–$112,000 annually
