Carex is partnering with an innovative healthcare SaMD partner to hire a Group Product Manager – Breast Risk Solutions focused on shaping the future of AI-driven breast cancer screening and diagnostics. This role will lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of a comprehensive breast cancer risk management solution that integrates clinical risk models, imaging-derived insights, and programmatic pathways.

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven product leader with deep technical and strategic acumen, strong experience in clinical workflows (particularly Epic Radiant or Ambulatory), and a proven ability to thrive in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. Flexibility and the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones is key. PST and MST strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for a unified Breast Risk Solution. Align strategy with customer needs, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Set short- and long-term goals while monitoring market trends, user insights, and competitive landscape.

  • Product Development & Execution: Lead cross-functional product development, translating the vision into clear user stories and deliverables. Manage multiple product teams and prioritize effectively while engaging deeply with radiologists, risk experts, and clinical teams to validate direction.

  • Business & Market Impact: Partner with sales and marketing to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market messaging. Identify opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships to drive adoption and revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align product strategy with execution. Act as the key product voice both internally and externally.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor product managers and foster a mission-driven, high-performance product culture. Define and track KPIs, ensuring decisions are guided by data.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in product management, including 5+ in healthcare AI, radiology, digital health, or regulated software (SaMD).

  • Strong experience with breast cancer screening workflows, risk models, and imaging integration.

  • Deep knowledge of Epic clinical workflows—preferably Radiant, but Ambulatory is also valuable.

  • Proven success delivering regulated, high-impact products from concept through global launch.

  • Hands-on and strategic mindset, capable of operating at 30,000 feet and in the weeds.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial groups.

  • Solid understanding of clinical environments and user workflows, especially within diagnostic imaging.

  • Analytical and customer-focused with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Experience with global reimbursement models and regulatory frameworks (FDA, CE, MDR).

  • Prior work in startup and/or hybrid corporate environments with flexibility in work hours.

  • Willingness to adapt work hours to accommodate collaboration with global teams (Preferred time zones: PST or MST).

  • Direct experience with breast cancer risk assessment tools (e.g., BI-RADS density, Gail, Tyrer-Cuzick, NCCN) strongly preferred.

  • Experience mentoring PMs or leading multiple product teams.
