Carex is partnering with a growing healthtech startup partner to find a strategic and execution-focused Growth Marketing Lead to drive high-impact marketing initiatives in the Mid-Market segment (targeting large physician groups of up to 400 providers). This fully remote role (candidates must be in the EST timezone) will play a critical part in scaling customer acquisition and pipeline generation, with future expansion into Enterprise and other verticals. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute digital-first marketing programs that attract, convert, and nurture leads across the full customer journey

  • Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns on paid search and social platforms tailored to key personas

  • Build and scale email marketing from the ground up, including onboarding, re-engagement, and nurture flows using segmentation, triggers, and A/B testing

  • Develop targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs for high-value accounts

  • Partner with content and design to create effective assets for ads, emails, and landing pages that align with brand and audience goals

  • Coordinate integrated go-to-market campaigns around product launches, events, and strategic initiatives

  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion across channels and continuously refine tactics based on performance data

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to improve lead quality and ROI

  • Uncover new growth opportunities using data, customer feedback, and market trends

  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to align efforts and adapt strategy based on field insights

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance, or campaign marketing within B2B SaaS or digital health environments

  • Proven ability to design and scale acquisition and retention campaigns from strategy to execution

  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems like Salesforce

  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and pipeline attribution

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into measurable strategies

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with fewer than 75 employees

  • Clear communicator and project manager who thrives in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing

  • Self-starter with high ownership and adaptability in dynamic, growing teams

  • Bonus: Experience marketing to healthcare providers or enterprise health systems
