Carex is partnering with a high growth healthtech startup partner to hire an Implementation Manager to ensure the successful deployment and implementation of products and services with enterprise partners. This role will be the primary point of contact for partners and the driving force behind seamless project execution, delivering high-impact results while exceeding partner expectations. The ideal candidate is former Epic and must live in the MST or PST time zone.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer implementations as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners during initial deployments.

  • Instill confidence and trust with partners and internal teams, driving on-time implementations with high satisfaction and ensuring pilots successfully convert to full enterprise partnerships.

  • Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.

  • Lead all phases of project delivery, including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.

  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed.

  • Set the standard for exceptional communication, providing transparent, timely updates to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners, tracking issues, triaging challenges, and driving toward daily testing goals.

  • Collaborate with support and operations teams to identify and implement process and tool improvements in a fast-growing environment.

  • Contribute to building scalable, repeatable processes that support an expanding number of concurrent implementations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly synthesize and present complex information.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Results-driven approach with a focus on efficiency, rapid decision-making, and high-quality execution.

  • Ability to build long-lasting, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and early escalation of risks, accompanied by proposed solutions.

  • Creative, resourceful, and skilled at resolving conflicts effectively.

  • 3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on software deployment and B2B implementations.

  • Experience implementing electronic health record systems, leading through build and testing phases (Epic experience is a strong plus).

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with environments requiring strict privacy and security protocols.

  • Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation processes.

This role requires up to 20% travel.
The position must be based within Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. If the range doesn’t align with your needs, please still apply!
