Carex is partnering with a manufacturing industry partner to find an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to support a 100% onsite role in Neenah, WI. This role plays a critical part in maintaining daily IT operations across PC, server, and network systems, ensuring seamless service to office and manufacturing users.
What You’ll Do

Support and maintain site IT infrastructure including PCs, servers (physical and virtual), and network equipment.

Provide full lifecycle PC support, from ordering and imaging to deployment and inventory tracking using ServiceNow.

Deliver frontline support and coordination for multi-function printers, mobile devices, UC (Voice/Video) equipment, and surplus hardware processes.

Lead and contribute to various site-level IT projects including Cybersecurity initiatives, AGV support, and audit remediation efforts.

Act as liaison between the manufacturing site and centralized IT teams to coordinate system changes, deployments, and new technology recommendations.

Manage and coordinate on-site vendor work, ensure LAN/WAN compliance, and maintain IT Business Continuity and long-term IT plans.

Handle user onboarding, training, account provisioning, and promote the correct use of enterprise technology tools and systems.

Maintain clear and effective communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, providing high-quality customer service.

Participate in on-call rotations and perform off-hours support as needed.

Ensure all activities align with site safety policies and company IT procedures.
What You’ll Bring

Associate degree in a technical field OR equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in a mixed office/manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Windows operating systems (XP through 11), Windows Server (2003–2019), SQL Server, Cisco networking, LAN/WAN/Wireless networks, and Microsoft Office/Office 365.

Exposure to or experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance in an enterprise setting.

Proven ability to manage multiple small-to-medium IT projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Willingness to be on-call and occasionally travel (up to 5%).
