Carex is partnering with a home health partner to hire a Quality Assurance & Business Analyst. This dual-role position will support the development and deployment of IT solutions by ensuring system quality while analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements. Operating in a dynamic and regulated environment, this individual will collaborate across teams to ensure all solutions align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and operational efficiencies.
What You’ll Do

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement technology solutions.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality.

Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.

Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business needs for technical teams.

Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and test automation platforms for managing requirements and QA activities.

Support implementation efforts with user training and documentation.

Ensure regulatory, security, and interoperability standards are met through detailed validation.

Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes in clear, accessible language to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records to support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Support change readiness efforts for new systems and enhancements.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as software development lifecycle practices.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test automation platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Preferred certifications include CBAP, ISTQB, or similar QA/business analysis credentials.

Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S
