Carex is partnering with a leading Financial Services partner to find an onsite IT Technician to join their Waverly IA location.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to grow their career in IT while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of technologies. The IT Technician will provide day-to-day support for computer equipment, end-user technology, and conference room systems, while learning and upskilling through cross-training with experienced technicians.
What You’ll Do

Configure, deploy, and maintain computers and end-user equipment.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Assist with onsite conference room technology and virtual environment support.

Support Windows operating systems, software delivery, and related IT systems.

Document processes, equipment, and troubleshooting steps to build team knowledge.

Deliver excellent customer service while helping end-users resolve technology issues.

Learn and grow by cross-training with onsite and remote IT technicians.

Safely lift, transport, and set up equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, or troubleshooting concepts (professional or academic experience).
