Carex is partnering with a manufacturing industry partner to hire a Lead JDE Business Systems Analyst located in Dodge Center, MN. This is a full time, direct hire position that will serve as a key resource for digital technology initiatives supporting manufacturing, engineering, product data management (PDM), supply chain, cost accounting, and configurator functions. This onsite role will lead functional system analysis, manage cross-functional projects, and translate business needs into technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (8.12 or 9.2). The ideal candidate brings robust manufacturing industry experience and a deep understanding of JD Edwards capabilities and configurations.
What You’ll Do

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the DT applications team, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Lead end-to-end solution design and development efforts across multi-site manufacturing operations.

Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials.

Supervise and support testing, integration, and user acceptance processes for new features or system enhancements.

Configure and manage JD Edwards 9.2/8.12 including OMW, version control, processing options, security, and menu management.

Provide hands-on support for manufacturing modules such as work orders, BOMs, PDM, MRP, and cost accounting.

Lead and mentor junior analysts, and contribute to ongoing efforts toward system standardization and efficiency improvements.

Support integrations with edge systems such as CPQ, MES, DSI, Jagger, Reliance QMS, Smart Team, and SolidWorks.

Collaborate with teams across facilities in Dodge Center, MN; Riceville, IA; and Murfreesboro, TN, with occasional travel as needed (up to 20%).
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Business/System Analysis or Digital Technology.

7+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, including strong technical proficiency and configuration expertise.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including work orders, BOMs, PDM, MRP, cost accounting, and shop floor operations.

Demonstrated experience writing functional and technical specifications and translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Familiarity with JD Edwards tools such as OMW, data selection, and processing option configuration.

Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills with proven leadership in cross-functional environments.

Self-directed with the ability to manage small projects and serve as a technical lead within a collaborative team.

Willingness to relocate to or live in Dodge Center or Rochester, MN.

Ability to travel up to 20% to support plant operations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with configurator/CPQ and change notice (CN) processes.

Familiarity with ITIL, IIBA, CBAP, or other recognized certifications.

Experience in multi-site, make-to-order manufacturing environments with ERP edge system integrations.
