Carex is partnering with a food manufacturing industry partner to hire an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – Warehouse Management System (WMS) located in Milwaukee. This role will focus on optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS through collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders to enhance warehouse operations, data accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency. The ideal candidate brings expertise in warehouse process design, system integration, and digital transformation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do

Analyze and document warehouse workflows in collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS to optimize functions like receiving, put away, picking, replenishment, and shipping.

Translate business requirements into system configurations, customizations, and integration specifications with related modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Transportation).

Conduct and manage system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to validate and ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Lead and support WMS data migration, including master data setup and synchronization with ERP and external systems (e.g., scanning or transportation tools).

Train end users and supervisors on WMS functionality and best practices, including handheld scanner usage.

Provide ongoing support post-implementation and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and operational needs.

Build dashboards and reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to track warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and productivity.

Participate in WMS-related project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with safety, efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion WMS or similar systems, including configuration, support, and process design.

Proven track record in warehouse management system implementations and ERP integrations.

Experience with digital transformation initiatives within ERP or SCM environments.

Strong command of Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS, Inventory, and Logistics modules.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience using OTBI or BI Publisher for reporting.

Preferred experience in food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods.

Oracle Fusion WMS Certification is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong interpersonal communication skills to work across technical and operational teams.
