Carex is partnering with a Health Tech industry partner to find a highly organized and strategic Project Manager with experience in Finance, Procurement, and/or supplier communications. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business acumen, communication skills, and project leadership to support enterprise-level initiatives.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with project governance standards.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and supplier-facing teams to ensure transparency, timely execution, and alignment across all phases of project delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, define scope, establish timelines, and monitor progress against deliverables.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage changes to scope or timelines.

Ensure adherence to best practices in project management, leveraging tools and methodologies to drive consistency and success.

Track and report key project metrics, ensuring clear visibility and accountability for performance and outcomes.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience managing projects, ideally with exposure to Finance, Procurement, or supplier management environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
