Our partner is looking for a remote Recruiting Specialist to join their dynamic team! This role will build and maintain relationships with consultants, to ensure they are delivering top- notch support to the customers and that they are wellsupported. In this role, you will be a liaison between the Client Service team, Talent team, and the consultants, ensuring that they are able to meet clients’ staffing needs while exceeding their expectations for service and support.

What You'll Do:

  • Own 1+ recruiting portfolio areas by researching the industry, competitors, and where the best talent can be found
  • Responsible for full-cycle consultant vetting lifecycle, including personalized outreach, reference review, interviews, behavioral and technical skillset assessments
  • Critically evaluate new hourly contract opportunities to understand what skillsets and behaviors would make a consultant exceed expectations in the role
  • Reach out to candidates who you determine to be the best fit for hourly contract opportunities identified by our Client Service team, gauge their availability and interest, execute candidate submissions, and maintain up-to-date documentation about your recruiting progress
  • Engage candidates in high-need recruiting areas on a frequent and consistent basis to determine their availability for new hourly contract opportunities and assess updated skillsets
  • Stay knowledgeable about current and emerging staffing needs through frequent communication with our Client Service team and communicate new recruiting needs to your Talent counterparts
  • Synthesize rapidly changing information while thinking critically about candidates, opportunities, and the information available to you
  • Communicate the benefits of working with us by offering engaging, personalized attention to all prospective consultants
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge and expertise of our service areas, so that you can knowledgeably and strategically identify best-fit opportunities for candidates
  • Edit, format, and proofread resumes for the candidate submission process
  • Manage tools and processes that support the Talent team including our applicant tracking system and the resume generator
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation about each candidate and your recruiting progress in our applicant tracking system
  • Understand Epic and industry terminology
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or sales with a focus on problem-solving with people-based solutions
  • Ability to own projects by acquiring knowledge, sharing it with decision makers, executing in a timely manner, and producing quality outcomes
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to know the appropriate level of detail to communicate depending on the audience
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with peers
  • Experience managing project scope and timelines
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Writing, proofreading, and editing experience
  • Comfortable and confident approach to navigating uncertainty
  • Ability to see the big picture and connect interrelated components together
  • A background in Epic or considerable exposure to other healthcare IT platforms is strongly desired
