Carex is partnering with a growing healthtech startup partner to find a Revenue Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimizing go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This fully remote position is ideal for a strategic operator with strong analytical capabilities and deep experience in scaling revenue systems and processes within fast-paced environments. 

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze GTM metrics and revenue data to uncover trends and develop actionable insights

  • Design and build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Maintain data integrity and alignment across revenue functions and systems

  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and craft data-driven strategies to streamline the customer lifecycle and accelerate growth

  • Standardize and implement scalable processes across the GTM organization, ensuring alignment and efficiency

  • Develop onboarding, training, and enablement materials for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

  • Support SDR team performance and monitor pipeline-building efforts

  • Build sales territories and compensation plans aligned with company objectives

  • Own the CRM (Hubspot) and GTM tech stack, ensuring system accuracy, optimization, and integration

  • Continuously evaluate tools, reduce manual inefficiencies, and drive automation and scale

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, ideally in a healthcare SaaS startup

  • Proven success scaling GTM systems and optimizing operations for high-growth teams

  • Strong analytical and technical background with an ability to translate business goals into scalable systems

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (specifically Hubspot), along with proficiency in Excel and data tools

  • Clear, concise communicator who can turn complex insights into compelling, actionable reporting

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a collaborative, cross-functional approach

  • Familiarity with relational databases, data visualization, and data hygiene best practices

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $130,000–$150,000 depending on experience. If the range doesn’t align with your needs, please still apply!
