Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to serve as a servant-leader, teacher, coach, and mentor for Agile development teams. This role will guide the team’s adoption of Agile and Kanban practices, build effective connections with other teams and business units, and foster self-organization and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a facilitator and change agent who can remove impediments, create an environment of trust, and promote delivery of high-value outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Facilitate and coach processes for work decomposition, dependency management, and backlog management within and across Agile teams.

Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the vision, scope, and product domain are well understood by the team.

Support backlog refinement and work breakdown to maximize business value delivered.

Introduce and support the adoption of new and emerging backlog management techniques.

Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies as needed.

Help the team define, track, and achieve goals by proactively removing impediments.

Guide the team in visualizing progress and focusing on delivering product outcomes.

Foster continuous improvement of Agile practices by teaching new techniques and methods.

Create and maintain an atmosphere of psychological safety and trust through retrospectives and feedback facilitation.

Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and servant-leadership principles.

Support the team in developing and delivering high-value products.

Champion Agile values and principles throughout the organization.

Coordinate and build effective interactions between Agile teams and other enterprise stakeholders.

Foster collaboration and communication between Agile teams and traditional business functions.

Drive change initiatives that increase productivity and organizational agility.
What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and servant-leadership principles.

Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build effective team dynamics.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to foster trust, create safe environments, and coach teams toward higher maturity.

Experience promoting Agile practices at both the team and organizational level.

Preferred: Scrum Master or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
