We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to build and manage a dynamic and impactful social media presence that resonates deeply within the healthtech/mental health space. This Madison, WI-based role will require the candidate to work from their office approximately three times per week, collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and trust through strategic social media initiatives. What You’ll Do

  • Develop, oversee, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns within budget parameters.
  • Manage and curate content for all social media accounts, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Utilize organic social channels as a testing platform for high-engagement content, followed by strategic paid promotion.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive content roadmap encompassing podcasts, articles, video segments, and other formats.
  • Build and nurture a highly engaged audience across social platforms.
  • Coordinate day-to-day interactions with agency partners to ensure seamless execution of both organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and viral content relevant to our industry, adapting these into shareable and engaging posts.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to set and track KPIs that align with the broader brand and business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers and content creators aligned with our mission.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and maintaining an engaged audience on social platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating compelling video content for social media.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr) and content production software (e.g., Figma).
  • Strong attention to detail in both numerical data and content execution.
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
  • A deep understanding of how social media can drive business goals and brand recognition.
  • Excellent communication and professional etiquette.
  • Experience or a strong interest in behavioral health is a plus.
  • Familiarity with start-up environments and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Salary Range: $65k-$85k plus amazing perks and benefits.
