Carex is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Healthtech) for an exciting healthtech startup based out of Madison, WI. In this role, you will be accountable for the success and satisfaction of our top healthcare / retail pharmacy accounts. This includes owning the client relationship, supporting platform adoption, maximizing platform utilization, ensuring retention, and developing an organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level customer success initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for driving initiatives, project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to drive adoption and scale throughout your book of business.

This is a hybrid position based in Madison, WI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of our largest accounts
  • Execute flawless onboarding of new accounts, including but not limited to leading platform implementation and training sessions, managing on-site visits, and partnering with product and engineering teams to identify areas of opportunity or risk related to platform adoption
  • Identify, track and communicate key performance metrics for your accounts to the executive team
  • Serve as the primary project manager for key programs, with a high level of organization and task-orientation, coupled with strong communication skills
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and C-level decision makers: steering committees, regular visits, lead QBR and ABR meetings
  • Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with product and engineering to make sure we are creating solutions that fit those needs
  • Own the client relationship and account strategy and be accountable for client health, retention, expansion strategy and upsell support for your book of business
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Data, Marketing and Sales) to address complex business issues and drive outcomes
  • Share best practices, case studies and key learnings with broader Customer Success and cross-functional team members for learning and development
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
  • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-10 years in an account management role, leading medium to large-sized customer engagements
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Customer Success experience at a SaaS company
  • Proficiency with technology and data platforms
  • Experience in retail pharmacy or similar industry
