Carex is partnering with a financial services industry partner to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant. 

Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive full-cycle recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and foster community partnerships that support workforce diversity and inclusion. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, mentor team members, and lead projects that enhance hiring strategies and processes. This is a HYBRID role, with 3-days on-site in Madison required. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead recruitment for various positions from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing and sourcing strategies.

  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through community outreach and networking.

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

  • Manage recruitment systems, metrics, and process improvements.

  • Mentor team members and provide recruitment training.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

  • 3–5 years in talent acquisition.

  • Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Advanced sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
