Carex is partnering with a Rev Cycle Healthtech startup partner to find a highly skilled Technical Product Manager, based on the West Coast (PST), to support the development and optimization of a cutting-edge enterprise Healthtech SaaS platform. This is a highly technical, data-driven role that requires close collaboration across engineering, data, and product teams to deliver impactful features in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do

Drive all phases of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), including research, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and iteration.

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, Customer Success, and QA teams to define and deliver high-impact product features.

Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira.

Support sprint planning, backlog management, and agile ceremonies in coordination with the VP of Product.

Write SQL queries and leverage data analytics to validate assumptions, prioritize features, and inform product direction.

Participate in QA and UAT testing processes to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Maintain up-to-date internal documentation in Confluence to support product knowledge and cross-functional alignment.

Incorporate customer feedback and behavioral data to drive iterative product improvements that support user needs and business outcomes.
What You’ll Bring

5–7+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or engineering, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or data-intensive SaaS environments.

Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.

Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products; experience with AI/ML-enhanced features is a plus.

Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into insights for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare-related field; advanced degree a plus.
Preferred:

Experience in startup or high-growth settings.

Knowledge of healthcare workflows, RCM processes, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and PHI.

Familiarity with revenue cycle processes such as eligibility verification, claims submission, denial management, and payment posting.
Compensation
Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience plus equity.
