Carex is partnering with a Consumer Products industry partner to hire an Information Technology UiPath Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions. This role focuses on building scalable UiPath workflows, integrating Document Understanding and AI Center capabilities, supporting SAP automations, and monitoring production bots to ensure stability and performance. The UiPath Developer plays a key role in the technical delivery of automation initiatives within an agile READY-DEV-GO framework, collaborating closely with stakeholders, consultants, and internal automation team members to advance automation strategy and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and document detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).

Design and develop complex UiPath automation workflows using REFramework, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and maintainability.

Build and integrate UiPath Document Understanding pipelines and AI Center models to enable intelligent document processing.

Engineer advanced Excel automations utilizing Workbook activities, Excel Integration Service, and VBA/macros to support complex data processing, pivot tables, and advanced formatting.

Develop and maintain SAP automations leveraging SAP GUI automation, BAPI integrations, and scripting capabilities.

Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes using UiPath Action Center and UiPath Apps for workflows requiring manual validation or approvals.

Configure and manage UiPath Automation Cloud Orchestrator including modern folders, assets, queues, triggers, and unattended or serverless Cloud Robot provisioning.

Monitor production bots, review logs and transaction failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve automation stability through selector optimization, retry logic, and performance tuning.

Manage deployments and environment configurations while maintaining detailed documentation, testing records, and audit-ready evidence.

Partner with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot credential issues, robot connectivity challenges, and access problems impacting automation performance.

Maintain version control and code integrity using Git, ensuring controlled releases and seamless migration between development and production environments.

Apply advanced programming logic using C#, VB.NET, and LINQ to support complex technical requirements and large-scale data manipulation within UiPath Studio.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.

UiPath Professional Certification.

3–5 years of experience developing automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and enterprise automation delivery practices.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding and AI Fabric or AI Center integrations.

Strong experience building SAP automations using SAP GUI, BAPI integrations, or API-based approaches.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate or Power BI is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.

Strong process analysis and process mapping capabilities with a data-driven mindset.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple automation initiatives, and drive results in fast-paced environments.

Experience working in agile development environments and adapting to evolving project needs.
