Join an incredible and supportive leadership team in a hands-on leadership role as the Clinical Director at the premier residential treatment center in the area!
We are in search of an accomplished Clinical Director with a rich background in clinical excellence, that is dedicated to fostering a positive and empowering environment for young adults facing mental health challenges. This role offers the unique opportunity to help leadership provide proprietary treatment approaches in a premier facility, within a network of 15 states, providing comprehensive care for those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and other mental health issues.

This position will be located onsite at the Klamath Falls, OR Residential Treatment Center. Klamath Falls is a beautiful, rural city surrounded by National Parks that would be a perfect fit for an outdoors enthusiast. Compensation for the position is anticipated to be approximately $90,000-$100,000.

What You'll Do:

The Clinical Director will have a deep commitment to fostering transformative care through a proprietary family systems approach, emphasizing therapies including DBT, CBT, and Smart Recovery Therapy. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to:

  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity and implement effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead a large compassionate clinical team, ensuring outcome measures and providing crisis management support, while ensuring adept documentation practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the onsite treatment team, clients and families to provide a seamless and client-centric care environment.
  • Innovate operational processes, elevating operational metrics to new heights, alongside and in partnership with the Executive Director.
  • Recruit and mentor top clinical talent, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive growth and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all aspects of the clinic.

 

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Master's Degree and State Licensure (MSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist or similar; Associate Licensure Accepted) with 5+ years post-licensure, and ability to provide clinical supervision.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading an interdisciplinary team.
    • Five or more years of experience providing treatment to young adults in a medium to high acuity setting that provides individual and group therapy is also required.
    • Ability to plan, implement and adjust a course of treatment as required.
  • Expertise working with families and clients, as well as an understanding of LGBTQIA affirming care.
  • Proficiency in clinical diagnostics and assessment instruments (such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7) to monitor client progress and outcomes of treatment.
  • Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team and high acuity settings.
  • Passion for relational, experiential, and systemic treatment modalities.
